DOES 360 ACTIVE RECOVERY ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes! We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance coverage and most other major insurance for our 360 Recovery Programs.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PERSONAL TRAINING OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION?
Contact us and schedule a free 30 minute fitness consultation to talk about your fitness goals. We'll offer insight into a healthy eating plan, take body measurements, perform fitness tests and functional screens in order to establish a fitness program catered to you. This is a great opportunity to meet face to face and place you in the right program.
DO YOU ACCEPT DROP-INS FOR LARGE GROUP CLASSES?
Of course! Drop in rates are $20 for all large group classes.
However, your first class is FREE! Awesome! (Rules Apply)
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
Visit our Member Log-In page and click the log-in link to access your MindBody account. Please remember to save your username and password in order to easily update your information. If you forgot your password, you can reset it with your email address you signed up with.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, HOW DO I DO THAT?
Email us at info@iam360active.com or call 773.666.5504. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellations or no shows will be subject to a loss of your session or class. Any last minute cancellations for Physical Therapy or Chiropractic appointments could be subject to a $50 appointment fee.
