DOES 360 ACTIVE RECOVERY ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes! We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance coverage and most other major   insurance for our 360 Recovery Programs.

 

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PERSONAL TRAINING OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION?

Contact us and schedule a free 30 minute fitness consultation to talk about your fitness goals. We'll offer insight into a healthy eating plan, take body measurements, perform fitness tests and functional screens in order to establish a fitness program catered to you. This is a great opportunity to meet face to face and place you in the right program. 

I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT, HOW DO I DO THAT?

Email us at info@iam360active.com. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellations or no shows will be subject to a loss of your session or class. Any last minute cancellations for Physical Therapy or Chiropractic appointments could be subject to a $50 appointment fee.
